This agreement is between the Participant, whose name and details is filled in the previous form, and the Workshop Giver, Simona Graszl. 

1. Liability

Simona Graszl is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Participant will be

responsible for themselves and their equipment and releases Simona Graszl from any claims against their person or their business.

2.  Payment, Rescheduling, Late Arrivals & Cancelling

Your spot is only booked if you have fully payed the €95 none refundable Workshop fee. 

After the booking Participant will receive an invoice, and it must be pay 2 weeks prior the Workshop. 

These Workshops cannot be rescheduled. 

The Workshop fee may be transferred to another Participant upon approval from the Instructor if the Participant has paid the workshop in full.

If Participant arrives late, Simona Graszl is not responsible to go back and repeat anything the Workshop Attendee might've missed. 

If the Participant doesn’t show they will loose their spot and their Workshop fee.

3. Unable to Conduct workshop

In the very unfortunate event that Simona Graszl become ill or for any other reason unable to conduct the workshop, the Workshop fee will be refunded in full. 

4. Workshop Information

All information discussed, given, or shared with you at the workshop is for the Participants only.

All materials are protected under copyright law and should not be distributed without the express consent of Simona Graszl.
